All fees paid to the Institution for courses, Trading Floor access, or any related educational services are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access to any course, Trading Floor facility, dashboard, or digital learning material has been provided.
In the event of a duplicate or excess payment caused by a technical error, the additional verified amount will be refunded.
If the Institution cancels a batch or course and no alternative batch is available, the student will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid.
Course fees are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another student or another course unless specifically approved in writing by the Institution.
By enrolling in the course and completing the payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.

By enrolling in any course offered by the Institution, you acknowledge and agree that all content, materials, and sessions provided are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Accessing course materials, including live or recorded sessions, PDFs, presentations, or any digital content, constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All course content is the intellectual property of the Institution. Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or distribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Students are solely responsible for their use of the course content and any decisions made based on it. The Institution does not guarantee any outcomes and is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the course content.
Any attempt at fraudulent access, unauthorized usage, or misuse of payment mechanisms will be treated seriously. The Institution reserves the right to suspend access, cancel enrollment, and pursue legal remedies under Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, the Information Technology Act, and relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
The Institution reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Students are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically and continuing enrollment constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Kannur, India].
